Made another batch of Robinson Rams cookies with edible images from Avery Cakes . . . love them! Turns out when I made the baseball cookies for my high school classmate Amy's son, another high school classmate - who also has a child at Robinson - saw them and ordered some for her son and friends. This is the first part of a two-part order . . .will be making more for their graduation party in a week or two.
This time I finished them with a sugared edge instead of stars. I like the effect!

A former 3-Day teammate asked me to make cheerleader cookies for her daughter's elementary school cheerleading club. It was fun making these little green tshirts with zebra print lettering.
Thank you for the donation Denise. Hope the girls enjoyed the cookies!

My friend and 3 Day teammate Melissa asked me to make a cake and cookies for her twin boys' first Communion. I made a cross-shaped french vanilla cake with chocolate ganache filling and matching sugar cookies.
I have decided that I REALLY prefer making cookies to decorating cakes - this cake really stressed me out! The cookies were much more in my comfort zone!

I had a lot of fun making these Hello Kitty cookies with my neighbor for her daughter's birthday party! I baked the cookies and iced the white base layer, then Sherri came over and we decorated them together using Sugarbelle's excellent tutorial. These turned out so cute . . . and Evie loved them!

Happy Star Wars Day! May the Fourth be with you. This is a favorite day in our family - all of my boys are big Star Wars fans, and (like their mom), they all enjoy a good pun.
My son Ben's birthday is tomorrow, so when I asked him what kind of treat he wanted to share with his classmates, his answer was Star Wars cookies, of course! I had a lot of fun making this little cast of characters. He can't wait to share them with his friends at school!

A high school friend asked me to make cookies for her son's high school baseball team banquet. She asked what I could do with their Ram logo. I tried a couple of different versions of the ram in cookie form and it wasn't pretty . . . time to go for Plan B! It was the perfect opportunity to try out edible images . . . Avery Cakes to the rescue! They did a great job of reproducing the logo to an edible image, and I used those images to make great custom team cookies! Combined with the baseball jerseys, they make a great treat for Chase and his teammates - hope they enjoy.
Thanks for the donation, Amy!
